Security-Database website improvements.

Security-Database team is proud to present you the brand new engine for the Web site :

Here are the major key improvements :

  • Now all related alerts are displayed along with CVE entries (cross linked)
  • Now all related CVE alerts are displayed on others entries
    (All alerts in our database are crosslinked to give you more efficiency)
  • All of the website core have been re-engineered to speed up the display performance:
    • Much faster information (40x much faster)
    • More information given with each alert
    • Added Mandriva alerts to Security Database process
    • Added the ability to report an error or misconfiguration.
  • A handmade beta version of search engine is now available but still under indexation process.
  • View improvements :
    • New icon to help understanding (hope it will)
    • New RSS for last 10 alerts on each box of the dashboard frontpage.
    • New RSS on each specific alert to keep watching further evolution (if any)
  • What’s next ?
    • We are under CVE compatibility process (hope will have the certification soon)
    • CVEs will be linked to OVAL ID’s entries.
    • More tracking alerts to improve the service
    • A bug tracking system will be added to help you to submit bugs report for our software SSA or website
