Microsoft Windows contains a flaw in the OLE Dialog component that may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary commands. This vulnerability can be exploited if the attacker can persuade a user to open a Rich Text Format (RTF) file embedded with a malformed OLE object. A Successful exploit could gain an attacker the same privileges on the system as the victim.
