Detail
timtai1 discovered that simpleSAMLphp, an authentication and federation platform, is vulnerable to a cross site scripting attack, allowing a remote attacker to access sensitive client data. The oldstable distribution (lenny) does not contain a simplesamlphp package. For the stable distribution (squeeze), this problem has been fixed in version 1.6.3-3. For the unstable distribution (sid), this problem has been fixed in version 1.8.2-1. We recommend that you upgrade your simplesamlphp packages. |

78254 | SimpleSAMLphp module.php/core/no_cookie.php retryURL Parameter XSS SimpleSAMLphp contains a flaw that allows a remote cross-site scripting (XSS) attack. This flaw exists because the application does not validate the 'retryURL' parameter upon submission to the module.php/core/no_cookie.php script. This may allow a user to create a specially crafted URL that would execute arbitrary script code in a user's browser within the trust relationship between their browser and the server. |
