This flaw exists because XWork does not validate action and method names passed via the '<s:submit>' tag using bash syntax before returning them to the user via error pages. This may allow a user to create a specially crafted URL that would execute arbitrary script code in a user's browser within the trust relationship between their browser and the server. |
