A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Mac OS X. Software Update fails to validate the distribution definition file sent by the update server resulting in a man-in-the-middle oppurtunity. With a specially crafted file that specifies the "allow-external-scripts" option, an attacker can cause arbitrary code execution resulting in a loss of integrity.
