Happy new year 2013!
It’s a Rebirth! After months of work, we are proud to launch our new website and services.
We have done a lot of things this year, build a brand new website, add new Services call "vDNA Monitoring", add new features to vDNA, and publish a lot of documentations. We’ve being Officially OVAL Repository, OVAL Compatible, CVE Compatible and CWE Compatible. A lot of work, but work that we are proud.
But, first of all, thanks to all fans/followers/members which help us daily and give us strength to continue working on Security-Database.
vDNA Monitoring
vDNA Monitoring provide a ready-to-use Hourly Product Monitoring based on our Alert Database Engine.
For the last 6+ years, we have built an Accurate Vulnerability Database with multiple Sources, Vendors, Open Standards & Exploits, all driven and based on private algorithm and US Government public standards. We handle actually 70.000+ Alerts, 14+ Direct Vendors, 50.000+ Exploits.
More ? With the CPE Standard (Common Platform Enumeration), we have integrated in our database 25.000+ Products, 150.000+ Versions and cross-linked all of them with our First Grade Alerts database.
With all of those information, we are now able to integrate your full environment and alert you before it happen. With our Monitoring system, be alerted when we have the information and not days after.
More? We provide Alerting History. Stop with vendor that do not publish alert history, errors in description or any change in their Alerts! We handle all modifications in our database and let you access it on a useful way, to really understand what’s going on!
Standards? Security-Database is CWE, CVE and OVAL compatible. We are supporter of the Making Security Measurable effort and help you become CVE and CWE compatible and comply with Standards.
For customers that already have a Security-Database account, they will receive shortly an email with their Free vDNA Monitoring and API Subscription.
vDNA API and vDNA Monitoring API
vDNA API is the Security-Database naming scheme that provides structured enumeration of specific detailed description for a Security Alert or Product. The main goal of vDNA API is to provide to third party system/program/website an easy way to integrate full documented Alerts and Products.
We provide simple API to Manage, consume Products and Alerts information, play with scoring (CVSS) and a lot more.
And, on the next months, we will provide more and more information...
